We have lived in Cypress since 1998 and have watched it grow from being a sleepy country area to the bustling area it is now. We remember when Fairfield seemed like it was the back of beyond, not the place with the Outlet Mall. Many areas that were pastures with herds of cattle are now subdivisions with hundreds of homes.
